All Aces' IRF Guide Services are hands-on, done with you consulting engagement for organizations ready to move from diagnosis to strategic implementation. It combines guided analysis, facilitated workshops, and capability-building support so the work does not disappear after the retreat, report, or planning session.
Participants engage in a deeply immersive Integrated Resilience Activity: A socially and organizationally engineered simulation that realistically reflects the way organization's purpose, processes, people's experiences, justice, and capabilities become misaligned. The Integrated Resilience Activity is THE most effective approach to get teams to more practically understand organizational systems, recognize internal challenges and opportunities, and commit to concrete next steps. This is a great way to align leadership, managers, and/or non-supervisory employees on the need for deeper assessment and strategic action. Can be offered during organizational or team retreats. Includes: Pre-workshop kick-off meeting, workshop prep meeting, workshop delivery, and post-workshop report and resources. Starts at $20,000
To ensure meaningful results, we need to start with an IRF Guided Analysis - this can be a standalone engagement. However, we require a minimum of an IRF Guided Analysis, one urgent/prioritized area (Purpose/Strategy, People & Experiences, or Process Mapping) before an IRF Capabilities Development Workshop can be done. Every workshop integrates a justice analysis. A full Navigator Engagement Bundle including all the workshops below starts at $150,000 and take an average of 18 months complete.

IRF Guided Analysis & Workshop
Deep-dive exploration of your Purpose, People, Process, Justice, & Capability profiles (including previous efforts, document analysis, focus groups, and targeted surveys) and interactive workshop.
Outcome: A detailed gap analysis and prioritized roadmap with practical recommendations for action led by the organization or with All Aces support - presented at a facilitated workshop to determine priorities.
IRF Purpose, Strategy & Choice Cascades Workshop
Transition your strategy from a list of goals into a set of thoughtful, focused, courageous, and just choices using our strategic questions to set boundaries, priorities, and tradeoffs. Informed by your IRF Guided Analysis.
Outcome: A written organizational strategy with documented purpose, justice and resilience informed values, clarity on who's served and how, and prioritized goals for capabilities needed.
IRF People & Experiences Workshop
Establish a shared way to turn values into resilient and just relationships. A customized workshop that helps you build organizational or team agreements grounded in your IRF Guided Analysis and/or IRF Purpose, Strategy & Choice Cascades results.
Outcome: A shared, co-created set of organizational agreements for how leaders, managers, and non-supervisory employees will operationalize values and strategy built on resilience and justice.
IRF Process Mapping Workshop
Build an organization-level process map, or focus on gaps within a specific process area (strategy, core operations, support functions) to locate where values become action and where they break down. Builds upon the priorities identified in IRF Guided Analysis; IRF Purpose, Strategy & Choice Cascades; and/or IRF People & Experiences Workshop.
Outcome: Process map imported into software that allows teams to continue to document, cost, and improve processes.
IRF Capabilities Development Workshop
Fill PORTE gaps for specific strategic commitments: Building the Plans, Organizational Structure, Resources, Training/Education, and Evaluation necessary to implement specific commitments. Builds upon the IRF Purpose, Strategy & Choice Cascades, IRF People & Experiences Workshop, and/or IRF Process Mapping.
Outcome: A fully developed capability to implement priorities/commitments with a combination of a practical plan, changes in systems/hierarchy, resources distribution, custom training/education, and evaluation process to measure progress.
IRF Navigator Retainer
Always have support to keep making progress on your IRF journey. Get ongoing advisory support: Up to two (2), 1-hour private sessions with Dr. Martin, direct messaging, a 24/7 Exceptional AI Coach, and access for up to 5 people to the IRF Guide Tools bundle. For clients who have at least completed the IRF Guided Analysis & Workshop or are previous clients looking for more support.
Outcome: Documented challenge, analysis, problem solving approach, immediate next steps, and longer-term strategic and operational implementation.
