Dr. Atyia Martin is the Founder and Principal of All Aces, Inc. She developed the Integrated Resilience Framework from decades of experience in organizational leadership, emergency management, public health, and racial justice — including serving as Boston’s first Chief Resilience Officer.
Dr. Martin’s work is grounded in a simple but demanding conviction: human resilience must never be used as a management strategy.
