About All Aces, Inc.

Building Capabilities for Purpose, People, Process, and Justice.

Our Mission

All Aces, Inc. is a consulting firm dedicated to helping purpose-driven organizations build resilience based on excellence and justice. We believe that human and organizational survival should not depend on individual exhaustion or systemic extraction. Through our Integrated Resilience Framework (IRF), the IRF Compass suite of assessment tools, and our customized Navigator services, we partner with businesses, nonprofits, and public agencies to align their purpose, support their people, optimize their processes, and build the capabilities that turn values into a daily, structural reality.

Our Founder

Dr. Atyia Martin is the Founder and Principal of All Aces, Inc. She developed the Integrated Resilience Framework from decades of experience in organizational leadership, emergency management, public health, and racial justice — including serving as Boston’s first Chief Resilience Officer.

Dr. Martin’s work is grounded in a simple but demanding conviction: human resilience must never be used as a management strategy. When an institution relies on its people’s extraordinary ability to endure stress to compensate for a dysfunctional system, it is not resilient. It is extracting from a reserve it did not invest in.

Our Approach

Diagnose Before Prescribing

We use evidence-based diagnostics — not assumptions — to understand what’s really happening in your organization.

Co-Design, Not Deliver

We work side-by-side with your team to build capabilities that last beyond our engagement.

Justice as Multiplier

We treat equity and operations as one architecture — not separate initiatives that fall through the cracks.

Gaps Are Structural

We treat misalignment as a design problem to solve, not a personal failure to shame.
