We use the following process to support clients - businesses, nonprofits, and government - on their internal DEI efforts to improve operations and culture. We help them facilitate a Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Transformation (DIET). A client can partner with us for the whole process or select certain offerings in a particular part of the process. For special projects - like strategy, planning, and research projects - we use a customized set of tools and approaches to embed social justice that catalyzes our clients' goals.   Learn more about our services.

Build Capabilities: How can we customize learning experiences to help build shared knowledge that is informed by the assessment? All Aces provides online self-guided and instructor-guided online courses. We leverage our learning management system, IntentionallyAct.com, to provide access to our content and other professionals like you. We recommend that our clients take all of the self-guided and instructor-guided courses listed here or have us develop a custom set of courses based on the opportunities and threats identified in the assessment. This ensures a solid foundation for planning.

Maintain Progress: What are some key considerations and resources that will help organizations to sustain their progress?    Regardless of the combination of services a client receives, we leave each one with a set of recommendations and additional resources to support them on their continued journey. We also host a closeout Ask All Aces Session to allow leaders and members of the organization to ask their toughest questions. Participants submit questions anonymously in advance so the team can come prepared. We also create space for participants to ask questions during the workshop.

Ongoing Support: Who is leading and supporting sustaining the work so we can provide them with access to our Disruptor Group on IntentionallyAct.com? The All Aces Disruptor Group Support & Networking Sessions are designed for people with formal, informal, and supportive roles in an organization’s racial equity/DEI work. They are a combination of a support group and group coaching with the opportunity to network. Members have access to other professionals with similar roles in their organizations who also happen to be or have been clients of All Aces, Inc.
